Services Overview 1.1 Subscription Design Services The "Unlimited Design Subscription" provides ongoing design services on a monthly basis: One active design request at a time Unlimited revisions within scope Average turnaround: 2–3 business days per request Monthly subscription with automatic renewal 1.2 Project-Based Services One-time projects quoted individually Scope and deliverables defined before work begins Revisions and timeline agreed upon upfront 2. Service Terms 2.1 Subscription Terms Month-to-month, no minimum commitment 30-day notice required for cancellation Subscription pausing available with 15-day notice Unused time does not roll over Services are non-transferable 2.2 Project-Based Terms 50% advance required to begin work Remaining payment due before final file delivery Timeline starts upon receipt of advance and project materials Rush requests may incur additional charges 3. Scope of Work 3.1 Included Brand identity & logo design UI/UX design (web & mobile) Social media creatives Marketing materials & digital assets Print-ready files Basic motion graphics 3.2 Not Included Web or app development Copywriting Photography or video production 3D rendering Complex motion graphics 4. Client Responsibilities Provide brand guidelines, content, and reference materials upfront One designated point of contact per project Feedback provided within 3 business days Clear and consolidated revision notes Availability for brief check-in calls when needed 5. Intellectual Property Full ownership of final deliverables transfers to client upon complete payment Ashutosh Rana retains rights to concepts and drafts not selected Right to showcase completed work in portfolio unless client requests otherwise in writing Client is responsible for trademark or copyright clearance of their brand assets 6. Revisions 6.1 Subscription Unlimited revisions within original scope Major direction changes count as a new request Revision requests must be raised within 14 days of delivery 6.2 Project-Based Number of revisions defined in project quote Additional revisions billed at an hourly rate Scope changes require a revised quote 7. Payments 7.1 Subscription Billed monthly on subscription date Late payments will pause active services 7.2 Project-Based 50% advance to start 50% before final delivery Payments accepted via bank transfer (IMPS/NEFT), UPI, or other agreed methods Late payments incur 1.5% monthly interest 8. Cancellation & Termination 8.1 Subscription 30-day written notice required Pro-rated refund for unused days Final files delivered upon settlement 8.2 Project 25% kill fee if project is cancelled after work has begun Advance is non-refundable once work starts All completed and paid work belongs to the client 9. Confidentiality All client information, business details, and project materials shared will be kept strictly confidential — during and after the project. 10. Limitation of Liability Maximum liability is limited to the fees paid for the project No guarantee of specific business outcomes from design work Not responsible for third-party tools, platforms, or services used 11. Dispute Resolution Issues will first be addressed through open communication If unresolved, mediation will be pursued before any legal action Jurisdiction: India (as per applicable Indian law) 12.
